Nintendo wants My Nintendo members to celebrate Valentine’s Day with some new discounts on Wii U and 3DS games. Some of Nintendo’s most beloved characters are having featured games discounted for My Nintendo members, including Luigi, Mario, Donkey Kong and Chibi-Robo. The following games have been discounted for My Nintendo members: Rhythm Heaven Megamix, Paper Mario, Dr. Luigi, Game & Wario, Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars (Nintendo 3DS), Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars (Wii U) and Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash (Nintendo 3DS). The discounts can only be acquired if you have a My Nintendo account. All the discounts listed require My Nintendo points to receive the discount, with many of the discounted games varying on the number of points required. The discount will be applied on the Nintendo eShop when you purchase the actual game. Nintendo is also offering customers who purchase the Wii U version of Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars a free download code for the Nintendo 3DS version, or vice versa.

Dr. Luigi – 20% Discount – 300 Platinum Points

Game & Wario – 20% Discount – 600 Platinum Points

Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars (Wii U) – 20% Discount – 400 Platinum Points
80 puzzling stages featuring toy Mario and toy Donkey Kong. If you purchase the Wii U version you’ll get a download code to receive the 3DS version for free – and vice versa! The full price for Mario Vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars on the Wii U is $19.99.

My Nintendo is a reward program offered by Nintendo.
