Nintendo announced today a Nintendo Direct focusing on updates to Animal Crossing New Leaf for the Nintendo 3DS. The announcement came via twitter, with Animal Crossing New Leaf’s mayor assistant Isabella. The Animal Crossing Nintendo Direct happens tomorrow (11/2/2016) at 7 AM PT. The latest Nintendo Direct for Animal Crossing probably has something to do with Animal Crossing: New Leaf – Welcome amiibo, which is scheduled to release sometime this holiday season. The new updates coming to Animal Crossing New Leaf are said to be amiibo support and support for Animal Crossing amiibo cards, but we’ll just have to wait for all the details.
