Nintendo announced that a Halloween edition StreetPass would start this month. From October 28th – October 31st Nintendo 3DS owners can get up to six StreetPass tags via one of the 29,000 Nintendo Zone hotspots located nationwide. Disney Magical World 2
Nintendo is providing free Halloween themed items throughout the StreetPass weekend. You can receive Halloween costumes and other outfits for your profile card, and see StreetPass guests walking around your Castleton in the game. If you can’t participate in the StreetPass Weekend you can still scan some of the QR codes found on the Disney Magical World 2 website. Yo-Kai Watch 2 : Bony Spirits and Fleshy Souls
Yo-Kai Watch is a perfect match for a Halloween themed StreetPass weekend. Both Yo-Kai Watch 2 : Bony Spirits and Yo-Kai Watch 2: Fleshy Souls released last month. This months StreetPass weekend will allow you to meet and battle Yo-Kai at the Wayfarer Manor. Winning battles will give you a chance to befriend the Manor’s wandering Yo-Kai. Dragon Quest VII Fragments of the Forgotten Past
Dragon Quest VII players can share traveler’s tablets with others, which will allow you to explore new dungeons. These dungeons can contain rare monsters, unique equipment and more. New online distributions are already available every Friday, but the special StreetPass weekend will provide more travelers tablets for even more dungeon exploration. Monster Hunter Generations
During this months StreetPass Weekend you’ll have the ability to exchange personalized guild cards, Palicoes and special permits which allow you to take on the challenging deviant monsters.
Shovel Knight
Shovel Knight will allow you to enter the StreetPass Battle Arena to use recorded versions of their Shovel Knight to fight rivals. You’ll need the 3DS version of Shovel Knight to make use of this feature.
