If you haven’t heard Vblank Entertainment released a physical copy of Shakedown: Hawaii for the Wii U. The game is getting a total of 6,000 copies printed, so if you want a copy you’ll have to act quick. Vblank released the game in two different versions, a Special Edition (3,000 copies) and a standard edition. The game will be in the North American region format so it will only work on a Wii U meant to play games released in the North American market. The Special Edition is already sold out meaning there are less than 3,000 copies remaining of the standard. This is one of the few Wii U games to see a physical release this year. As of this article you can still purchase the standard edition on the official Vblank Shakedown: Hawaii for the Wii U. We’ve posted a copy of the official press release below.

Both will go on sale tomorrow directly from vblank.com at 10am Pacific, 1pm Eastern, 6pm UK time.

Please note: These discs are for North American region Wii U consoles. Although our PlayStation and Switch games are region-free, unfortunately it was not possible to produce region-free Wii or Wii U discs. This is our last Wii U disc release and it’ll be impossible to print more copies. Once these are gone, they’re gone.
Earlier this year Vblank released Shakedown: Hawaii and Retro City Rampage for the original Wii, both of which we’re limited to 3,000 copies each.
