Usage:
This machine is used for slitting /cutting the cardboard, such as strong carboard, industrial cardboard, grey board ,MDF and other materials, it is the necessary equipment for producing the hardcover book covers ,all kind of paper box with high precision and high efficiency.

Performance :
1.Loading original cardboard by manual, then feeding by Automatic.
2.First slitter: adopt upper and lower blade for slitting, setup the blades in the right position, its slitting with high speed and high precision. The waste material will be automatic removing by conveyer belt.
3.Excellent collecting: automatic collector after fisrt slitting, and then automatic pushing the cardboard to next step for slitting with another direction. All automatic collector for slitting each step, it is high convenient for saving the much time of transporting.
4.Second slitter: to slit the correct size of cardboard by upper and lower blades, and meanwhile clean the edge waste chip by Automatic.
Feature:
To unified adjust the pressure of each pressure shaft in order to adjust the time of cardboard thickness variation.
Push the big cardboard(size: 900mmX1200mm) for the first slitting and fist cleaning, and then regularly collecting the cardboard.
Meanwhile, automatic prepare the second step of slitting and cleaning, and last automatic collect the production.
