Appearance: Amber or dark brown oily liquid with sight pungent odor
Miscibility and feeding: Florrea 2000 is not soluble in water ,it must therefore be added undiluted to the flotation pulp.
Solution Strength: Undiluted
In comparison with water-soluble reagents, a longer conditioning time or more intensive conditioning with the flotation pulp is advisable in order to receive full activity from the beginning.
Usage: Florrea 2000 is an excellent collector in flotating non-ferrous metallic sulfides, with less collecting pyrite and higher selectivity, using the collector affording higher quality of concentrate with low amount of arsenic(under presence of arsenic ). It is particularly good at the recovery of copper sulfides and associated precious metals like gold and silver. It also works well with the recovery of tarnished or partially oxidized ores. It will recover iron sulfides, but this can be controlled with the use of high lime. It has been used to recover copper activated sphalerite, but this is not common. It is recommended for porphyry copper deposits, copper ores in tropical climates, and copper-gold ores.
