Fuda Alloy Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994 having been dedicating to developing, manufacturing and selling electrical contact materials as well as providing related one-stop solution. Fuda is a national high-tech enterprise involving in the China Torch Program. Fuda was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on May 17, 2018 (stock code: 603045).

Fuda mainly produces three series of products including contact materials, clad contacts, contact assemblies. The application covers most occasions involving electrical contacts. The company’s production and sales rank first in the industry in China for many years, mainly supporting the domestic and foreign customers such as Chint, Delixi, Hongfa, ABB, Schneider, and Siemens. Products are sold to more than 28 country and regions in Europe, America, Asia and other region.

The company has won the honors of National Enterprise Technology Center, National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, Zhejiang Key Enterprise Research Institute, Zhejiang Innovation Model Enterprise, Zhejiang Standard Innovation Enterprise; three products listed in the National Torch Program or The national key new product plan, a number of achievements won the Zhejiang and Wenzhou Science and Technology Progress Award; the company has passed the ISO9001 quality management system, IATF16949 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and CNAS recognition laboratory. Established silver alloy wire production workshop and put into operation.

1996 Established contact rivet production workshop and put into operation.

1997 Established contact tip production workshop and put into operation.

1998 Established powder metallurgy contact production workshop and put into operation.

1999 Renamed 鈥淵ueqing Fuda Electrical Alloy Materials Co.,Ltd
Moved to the new factory in Pingshan Road of Liushi to expand capacity.
2000 Restructured into 鈥淶hejiang Fuda Alloy Materials Co.,Ltd”
Established solder production workshop and put into operation.

2003 Introduced extruded silver graphite contact production line and put into operation.

2004 Converted to the national non-regional enterprise 鈥淔uda Alloy materials Co.,Ltd鈥?/p>

2005 Established contact assembly workshop and put into operation.

2008 Wholly moved to Binhai Park in Wenzhou Economy Technology Development Zone.
Production equipment was upgraded and production capacity increased four times
2011 Introduced automatic stamping and welding production line and put into operation.

2012 Established clad strip and profile production workshop and put into operation.

2013 Established trimetal contact rivet production workshop and put into operation.
2018 Fuda Alloy was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange(stock code:603045)
