Not sure whats wrong, but my Joy-Con is responding properly. I’m trying to play Mario Odyssey, but Mario keeps moving even when I’m not pressing on the joysticks. Not sure if my Joy-Cons are defective. I’ve had my Switch since it launched back in March. Anyone else have this issue?
When starting-up/turning-on your Joy-Con was the joystick being pressed in anyway? You can’t move the joysticks when staring the Switch or the Joy-Cons. This changes the controllers neutral point. Turn the Joy-Con off and on again, this should resolve issues with the joysticks moving characters in game without you pressing anything.
