Announced today by iam8bit & Materia Collective is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time vinyl soundtrack. The special vinyl soundtrack will be available for pre-order tomorrow, with the Ocarina of Time vinyl soundtrack scheduled to release sometime in the 2nd quarter of 2017.
The album will include artwork created by Ryan Brinkerhoff, and from the mock-up preview will include Ocarina of Time artwork created using gold foil-stamped designs of the triforce and other Zelda art. The album is arranged and composed by Eric Buchholz, who arranged The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Symphony along with the bonus CD included with 1st edition Zelda Skyward Sword bundles. The vinyl soundtrack will be recorded by the esteemed 64-player Slovak National Symphony Orchestra (hear a synthesized mock-up below). The vinyl soundtrack will also be recorded live in January 2017 at Studio 1 in Bratislava by the Slovak National Symphony Orchestra.
