You can snag a Volcanion card for a limited time at a GameStop near you. Tweeted earlier today, the Volcanion card is only available from October 10th – October 31st 2016. The Volcanion pokemon can be used in your team in the 3DS games Pokémon X & Y and Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire. No word on if the Volcanion card will work on the upcoming releases of Pokemon Moon or Pokemon Sun. You must visit a GameStop store to receive this special / limited edition Volcanion card.
