Just yesterday we made a list of all the Nintendo Switch launch games releasing on the system on March 3rd. Now we have to add another, as the publisher Nicalis has announced that The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ will be releasing on the Switch on launch day. This brings the total number of games hitting the Switch on day one to 6. The Switch will also be getting a physical release of The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ (view the box art below). The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ will also be the Nintendo Switch’s first ‘M’ rated game.

Also, a special announcement from Nicalis’s Tyrone was published on the Binding of Isaac blog today. Here’s what he said about pre-ordering the game for the Switch.

If you’re that excited about the game, it’s still available to pre-order at GameStop and Amazon. You might want to consider pre-ordering as the first few thousand copies may come backed in with something special
