The mountain-climbing platformer Celeste is set to release on the Nintendo Switch in January 2018. The game is also set to release on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (Steam). Celeste is an upcoming platforming video game by Matt Thorson and Noel Berry. Featuring a pixel-art style, Celeste looks like a promising game full of charm. The game’s creators have already published other popular games in the past, including TowerFall. Celeste features over 600 levels spanning 8 chapters. Hardcore versions of each level can be unlocked to further the game’s replay value. Set in the Pacific Northwest, Celeste promises to provide a challenging yet awarding experience to Switch gamers.
