The Nintendo Switch is being priced at $329.99 (about $244 U.S.) on a Canadian Toys”R”Us listing page. The Nintendo Switch price has been the topic of many industry discussions. The Toys “R” Us listing also has a product description which you can also read below. If this listing is correct it would mean that Nintendo has plans on seting the Switch at a lower price than the Wii U. The CEO of Nintendo has already stated that the company would not take a loss on Switch hardware, like they did with the Wii U. The pricing of the Toys “R” Us listing does rasie some questions. If the Switch is more powerful and fully loaded with high end graphic components how can Nintendo avoid taking a hit with a price less than a Wii U? Hopefully Nintendo will clear all questions relating to the price of the Switch during the January 2017 Switch presentation.
