Super Mario 3D All-Stars Announced for Nintendo Switch

Super Mario 3D All-Stars - Announced

Super Mario 3D All-Stars Will Include 3 Of The Most Popular 3D Mario Adventures Ever Released!

The Super Mario Bros. 35th Anniversary Nintendo Direct revealed all kinds of new Mario products coming out this year and yearly next (2021). One of the biggest announcements came in the form of Super Mario 3D All-Stars for the Nintendo Switch. The game will include three games: Super Mario 64 (Nintendo 64), Super Mario Sunshine (GameCube) and Super Mario Galaxy (Wii). Each game will feature better HD resolutions and be tailored for modern screens. The game will also include a neat music player that includes soundtracks from all three games. The game will release both physically and digitally on September 18th, 2020. Super Mario 3D All-Stars is a limited release and will only be available in a limited physical quantity and strangely enough a limited availability on the Switch’s eShop! So you’ll want to act quick if you want to secure you’re copy.

Fans have been asking for a 3D Mario collection for a long time. With 3D All-Stars fans will get 3 of the best Super Mario 3D platformers ever to release on the N64, GameCube and Wii. While the trio of games included will undoubtedly be loved by many the fact that a certain sequel isn’t included has us a little disappointed. Why didn’t Nintendo include Super Mario Galaxy 2 in the collection? Since Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury is being released as a seperate Switch title that leaves Super Mario Galaxy 2 orphaned with no release in sight! Maybe the game will be an unlockable in the Super Mario 3D All-Stars collection, pretty doubtful but here’s to hoping!
