The director of Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Tetsuya Takahashi explained some new details on the Expansion Pass and future updates for the game today via Nintendo UK’s website. First concerning the upcoming 1.1.1 update hitting Xenoblade Chronicles 2 on December 22nd. The update will resolve/fix a variety of issues while bringing some new free features to the game. The update will add an “easy mode to Tiger! Tiger!”. Players will also be able to use the X button to make the Skip Travel screen display your current location. A new 1:1 zoom on the mini map can be displayed by pressing the L Stick down. Mr. Takahashi also mentioned that further improvements to the mini map will be added as more quests and additional elements release next year. Second playthrough elements will be available to either Expansion Pass players and non-Expansion Pass players.
