30 years of Metroid may have urged Nintendo to release 3 new My Nintendo rewards today. The following My Nintendo rewards are available now, this time celebrating the Metroid series. One new 3DS theme and two discounts are available to My Nintendo members. For a limited time you can redeem any of the following My Nintendo rewards.
My Nintendo Theme: Samus – 200 Platinum Points
You can use 200 of your My Nintendo platinum points to get a cool Samus 3DS theme for your 3DS. The theme celebrates all things Metroid according to Nintendo, who also claims the theme was inspired by the upcoming launch of the NES Classic Edition (which includes the original Metroid NES game).
