Today Nintendo tweeted some new concept art for Ever Oasis, showcasing Esna a water spirit from the upcoming 3DS game. Ever Oasis releases tomorrow (June 23rd, 2017) exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS. See the Esna concept art below. According to Nintendo, Esna the water spirit helps your oasis grow. In the game, talking to Esna can help you grow (level-up) your oasis. This can be done when you attract new residents to your oasis.
