Batterystaple Games announced the release date for 20XX on the Switch, PS4 and Xbox One today. The game will release on the Nintendo Switch & PS4 on July 10th, 2018. The Xbox One version will be available for purchase one day after on July 11th. The rouge-like platforming game takes unabashed inspiration from the Mega Man series. The graphics look especially good – with a rich pixel-like art style. Along with the release date announcement Batterystaple games also published a new trailer (see below).
20XX originally released on Steam last year with an earlier “early access” version being available in 2014. The game currently costs $14.99 on Steam so expect a similar price for the Switch, PS4 and Xbox One versions. Let us know what you think using the comments below.
