GameStop announced via Twitter that customers who pre-order Octopath Traveler will receive a character card & sticker set pre-order bonus. The upcoming RPG is set to release as a Nintendo Switch exclusive on July 13th. The game is a collaboration between Nintendo and Square Enix. The game will feature turned-based RPG combat along with retro visuals incorporating modern touches. A special Wayfarer’s Edition for Octopath Traveler will also be on sale for $99.99.
Last month Square Enix published a new trailer for Octopath Traveler. This could be one of the more important summer 2018 releases for the Switch. Expect a full review when the game launches on July 13th.
